CONSTITUTION GUIDE

Our Group - is established to promote the usage , upkeep and preservation of all public bridleways and byelaws
Aims and Objectives - are to monitor the condition of public bridleways and byeways and bring to the attention of Sheffield City Council any paths in the
need if upkeep, maintainance work or obstructoion
Funding - Hallam Riders Group is founded to raise funds and invite and receive contributions to help with bridleway maintenance and any other activity which will improve the horse riding experience for all in the area. The group is not involved with any permanent trading activities and is a non profit making organisation.
Equal Opportunities - The groups membership shall be open to all persons irrespective of sex, race, sexual orientation, class, religion, cast or culture.
Countryside Code - The groups members must observe the countryside code, maintain good practice and respect at all times the rights of those who livelihood resides in the countryside
Donations and Fund Raising - The group may collect donations and raise funds to cover its administration and activities costs. Annual accounts shall be published within nine months of the membership year.
Legal Status - An unincorporated association under English law.
